Uh-oh….I try different things- I think I have P.M.S- 24/7 . I try different various things- non-flushing vitamin B- but it is really expensive, which then depresses me more. Some good pot- is the craziest I get. It sounds like you need some T.L.C.

Oh no, Sweety!! Try to remember that these type of infections make us feel depressed, and cranky. I take tons of vitamin C (in powder form) and cranberry concentrate (in capsule form)- NO COFFEE, and eat mainly a vegatable diet- cabbage, greens- carrots- fresh, and sauted- let us know how you feel, soon!
