  2. Great video, I agree 100%. I’ve been given the guilt trip by people at NA about not being totally clean since I take suboxone. I gave NA a chance for a few months and have to say it’s useless for me. I’m not for getting a sponser so I don’t have to think for myself and have them make decisions for me. Your right, some people have just been using opiates so long that their bodies will crave opiates for the rest of their life. A mild opioid like suboxone can help these people stay clean and live.

  6. I dont doubt myself. What I do doubt are the usefulness of “sponsers” and group meetings. I have had sponsers and gone to uncountable meetings for YEARS. Dont tell me whats best for me. Suboxone is what works, and if I need it over going to some meeting and talking to a bunch of other addicts (half of which still probably use) in a shit part of town, then thats my business. And Ive Greatly recovered from many things. Im happy. Some can get clean easier than others friend. I wish I was one of em

  8. Honestly dude you doubt yourself way too much, nobody needs to be on suboxone or methadone for ever. Youre not in recovery because you’re relying on another chemical compound to arrest your addiction, maybe you should try NA/AA…I’m in AA and I was a heroin addict for 4 years. Your life will never be the same, it’ll be better. But yah, I honestly suggest getting off suboxone, you havent tried every other way, you’ve only tried your ways. Get a sponsor to set you straight, good luck dude.

  10. Great to see your doing well! Alot of people dont know that buprenorphine even without the naloxone is a very powerful opiate blocker itself. The naloxone keeps you from shooting it but otherwise doesnt kick in if taken correctly. So even without naloxone the suboxone is a great deturrent from using. These people downing us either havent been addicted themselves or are just too uneducated to understand the true value of this drug has on our lives, a major breakthrough in addiction medicine. thx

  12. It seems alot of people want to talk shit about people like me for taking suboxone. But I dont see it any diff. than someone that needs to take lets say prozac to be happy or pills for high blood pressure or whatever. You would think people would be happy that people like us are seeking help. But in turn get put down for it? It makes no sense. So I ignore any bad comments from people. Suboxone really works. And is a life saver to some people as well as there familys that see them suffering.

  14. I started taking suboxone yesterday and so far it is taking away my withdrawal almost totally. I have no want for any pain pills. And what really sold me on this was the naloxone in it. For me its a piece of mind knowing I cant take any other pills even if I wanted to. Ive seen this work first hand with a friend of mine that I grew up with. Now she has been clean for 3 years and she says shes much happier than she has been since she started taking pain pills.

  16. Just want ed to say ive watched a couple of your videos and really like your style too. Your real, honest and speak with alot of heart. My husband started Suboxone 2 days ago, and I can honestly say I was not quite sure about this drug but now I am convinced that it’s not a substitute for the street drugs, he is very clean in his mind and spirit. I have learned alot just listening to your videos and I would like to post some too when he is ready hopefully soon. Thanks my friend

  24. Much respect man, im going thought opiate addiction to some extent at the moment, i dont use daily but use enough to cause depression and anxiety and use enough to be unhappy within myself. Im not sure ill ever be totally opiate free but i really want to stop the depression and anxiety, possiblty the reson i started taking them inthe first place. Anyway brother i just wanted to let you know your doing well and i have much respect for you, you are clean and your bettering your life.
