Simple, Perc. Is made with OxyCodone, and Vicodin is made with Hydrocodone… OxyCodone is better, and stronger than Hydrocodone. get it?… plus, you can take OxyCodone SINGULARLY with OUT Acetiminophen (Tylenol), which is more effective.
