hey jakeryan37, that would be bad enough having a hurricane yet alone realising the clinic is shut did you have enough supply, or you went of because of this? 200mg cold turkey ok that’s pretty full on, see 1yr later your still suffering this is what bothers me the most. to jump at 200mg takes some balls.

After hurricane katrina i cold turkey 200mg of methadone and i did not sleep for over a month.Ihad severe leg cramps and the hebegebees,that crazy feeling like your skins crawling.That happened at night mostly and it was sooo miserable.i still feel bad and its been over a damn year.This stuff is a monster

are u in USA? i hear the clinics there are hell too.. expensive and the red tape BS ! Here it is ok at a pharmacy pretty cruizy but even then u get sick of it..

i am currently on day 13 off of 30mg and i weigh 235lbs.6’2 31 year old.daY 1 and 2 was cake.3,4,5,bad hell.i detoxed 3 other times in treatment facilities,but i wasnt ready in my head.this time, i went to afriends house outta town,took cllonidine and xanax 4 1 week,now my energy is 0,and i sleep about3hours a night.i have my own lawn business and a good friend running it while i beat this demon.i have a 6 year old son who needs a real man to raise him.next is my wife,she is 5’2.100lbs on 115mg!

hi Nightshady its a catch 22 huh? we are kept in the methadone time warp, with false sense of feeling great, well some days other days i hate the stuff i feel like a snail with the sweats lol… i think fear holds alot of mmt patients where they are the unknown of what if??? what will i be like off it?? my answer to that of late is we can always go see methadone is not going nowhere right??…

great Video Rick, i have been on it 11yrs and well have other issues, each time i come off or try to i get bucket loads of anxiety, duel diganosis has zilch support, basically i go in once week get my doses and go home that’s my life i study though that’s something. This drug is just like Herion to me an addiction in its own after so long i freak about even coming down 1mg and it sucks i want my life back again but the big Q is ? is it going to be riddled with insomnia and anxiety each day?

Liquid handcuffs. I made it down to 7mg for the second time and relapsed again on Oxys and heroin. Now, I’m at 50. Rollercoaster from hell. And still puking every morning. And sweats, chills, depression…fun, fun, fun…If you’ve never done Opes…don’t start…EVER!!!

I tottaly agree with you on the whole “I’m addicted to percs, and putting young kids on the meth program. These young kids are not realizing that they are going on to a way way way, more addictive and worse drug. I was living on the streets of Baltimore city since I was 16, I am 30 now and I am scarred to death of just being sick for one day. Thats the gods honest truth. hey there, i have been at this for a month now and for the last 2 weeks or so i’ve been at 10mgs. for the first few days it was bad but i have been ok for the last week. am going down to five on the 26th. i felt like i needed to let my body get used to 10mgs and i feel like it has. hi. i need your help. I was on 120 quit cold turkey though want ready, 3 months of agony, coulnt brush my teeth, eat or sleep depression didnt want to talk to family friend i went back but stayed low at 44, now weekly down 1, i am feeling it a little i want to go down 2 20mgs then hospital will take me for medical detox off last 20 instead of going down slowly and feeling it week after week. About 5 years ago I quit cold turkey off of 100mg and it was the worst experience of my life… EVER! But do to circumstances I put myself back on the program a few months ago, but am staying at a much lower dose(30 mg). I missed my dose 2day because the clinic closed early due to a holiday( didn’t know presidents day was that big of a deal) I feel like sh!t but not too bad. Bet for sure I will be waiting in line @5:30 AM for my dose!
