It sounds like your nephew was using the drug for recreational purposes and probably had no opiate tolerance. For those dependent upon opiates it saves lives!
It also sounds like your nephew had really bad friends and made really bad choices!

My Nephew used to love to watch the Sunset too.Now he can’t see it for the 6 ft. of dirt on top of his coffin.His “Friends ” thought he was dead, wrong!! They dumped him in an alley where he froze to death.Yeah, Methadone is all that.!!! So are stupid drug addicts.

Methadone is a terrible choice, Suboxone is a much much more better choice. As someone who has taken both, suboxone gave me back my life, and no going to daily clinics, just a nice quiet normal doctors office and my meds from a normal pharmcy, and it kicks in way faster then methadone.
