Ibogaine is not approved in the USA and most Western industrialized countries becuase there are almost no clinical trials and studies which show that it even works. In most people, Ibogaine does not work at all. For a small number, though, it does, But don’ t try to pretend it is the wonderdrug for every1 cuz it is NOT!

No it can work. I don’t use all my dope at once as soon as I get it, I break it up and give them to my mom (she’s the clinic) and she gives them to me when I’m sick, and then the next time, she makes me wait an hour longer and gives it to me when I’m sicker. And we keep going and going and weaning and weaning. It can be done, but most people do not have the will power to wait until they’re sick every time to do their drug. They want it NOW NOW NOW like little babies.

That’s a good point. That was one of my problems with the movie was that it didn’t really talk about methadone addiction but more the lifestyle that surrounds methadone addiction. Instead we see more xanax than actual methadone in the film.

I wouldn’t get on methadone. Just lower your dose every time you use whether it be heroin or oxy…If you choose methadone you are making a 2 year to 50 year choice.

same here man. i’m 19, been on heroin for 2 years. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO EXPERIENCE ADDICTION. It is has literally destroyed my life in 2 years.

6:22 his does is so low that its not even helping. hes shouldnt drop down anymore for a month, he needs to stabilize and be on that dose till he feels normal then drop a lil, once he is at 40 mgs he should only go down 1 mg per month. i kicked at 185 mgs and it was hell for abot 90 days. it gets that deep into the bones. my dr is the best in new england and he is shocked by the fact that i was able to kick it, so that says it all, the drs know that they are giving u something unstoppable

Sad to think of all the addicts in the makig right now. All the kids who are experimenting with heroin and crack, loving every second of it. The pain addiction causes is hard to even describe, I really hate addiction how it makes you so weak and vunerable, how you have to mix with ppl you dont want to, how your family have to go through it, the money problems it causes, employment problems, the list goes on.
